White Hat Penetration Testing

We welcome white hat penetration testing to help ensure the robustness of our security systems. If you are interested in conducting a penetration test, you must first receive explicit permission from uLog. Unauthorized testing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

If vulnerabilities are found and validated, we may negotiate a bounty as a thank you for your help in keeping our service secure. Any agreed bounties will be paid in accordance with our ability to do so, which may involve paying from future revenues.

Please provide us with as much information as possible to help us understand the nature and scope of the potential issue. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
